Join Aqua Sculpt and The Bess Life for a unique immersive collaboration that combines the therapeutic benefits of sound, water, and mindfulness.

Let go of the outside world and immerse yourself in serenity.


We invite you to drift into a state of pure relaxation with our unique immersive floating sound bath experience. Picture yourself floating on top of our floating Aqua Sculpt boards on top of the warm water in a tranquil, indoor pool, surrounded by the soft glow of dim lighting, fairy lights, and candles.


What to expect:

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with soothing music as you prepare for your self-compassion journey. Your session begins with a gentle poolside yoga stretch and flow with Aqua Sculpt, preparing your body and mind for the ultimate relaxation. Then, you will move onto our floating Aqua Sculpt boards, where you will lie back and relax on top of the water's surface and surrender to the vibrations of sound with Bess from The Bess Life.


While you will be floating in the pool's surface, you will remain fully clothed throughout the experience with no need for bathing suits. Our attentive staff will assist you onto your floatation board from the poolside, providing a plush blanket and eye mask, to ensure your comfort.

Free street parking on Rose Bay Avenue and surrounding roads. Underground car park also available.

Frequently asked questions

If we are floating in the pool, will l get wet?

NO you will NOT get wet. You will remain fully clothed throughout the experience, with no need for bathing suits. Our staff will assist you onto your floatation board from the poolside, providing you will a blanket, pillow and eye mask.

Can I come if I have never done a Sound Bath before?

Yes absolutely. This is the perfect opportunity to try your first Sound Bath. No experience is required.

Do I need to have experience with Yoga to attend?

No experience is required. We will be doing some gentle stretching to warm up the body ahead of the sound bath and it's perfectly tailored to beginners. This is also only a short section of the experience.

Can I bring my partner or friend?

Of course. You can purchase as many tickets as you would like pending availability and our capacity.
