This June, you are invited to join your fellow local property owners and the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) in Warwick.

Our free, 90-minute information sessions are your opportunity to:

  • hear the latest information about the proposed rental law changes
  • explore minimum housing standards
  • discuss tips and case studies to prevent and manage disputes
  • understand the RTA's compliance and enforcement priorities
  • refresh your legislative knowledge to confidently manage successful tenancies
  • have your tenancy questions answered.

Registrations are essential as capacity is limited.
