Return bus from UWA to Shenton Park for 2024 Open Day

The UWA Institute of Agriculture, the UWA School of Agriculture & Environment, School of Engineering, School of Biological Sciences and School of Molecular Sciences invite all members of the public to attend this informative, engaging and fun UWA Shenton Park Field Station 2024 Open Day. Register to attend here if you have not already done so.

We anticipate this will be a very busy day. There are two main entrances - both only accessible by foot. Limited public parking will be available at the CSIRO Floreat main carpark.

As an alternative to driving, getting dropped off or public transport, we invite you to hitch a ride on the UWA return shuttle bus.

The $5 UWA shuttle bus will pick up passengers from the Hackett Road bus bay outside the UWA Tennis Courts - view pinned location on Google Maps. See Bus Timetable Agenda above.

There will be two opportunities to take the bus to the Shenton Park Field Station: either 9am or 10.30am. There are two opportunities to return to UWA: either 12.30pm or 2:30pm. You must indicate your chosen times when booking your ticket.

To ensure everyone gets a seat, you must register and pay in advance for the UWA bus via this Eventbrite page. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the event. *UWA students who volunteer at the event ride the bus for free.
