Welcome to this session that shows you what you will be looking for if you know your product. Be prepared to look around to see where you will sell everything!

Effective Communication Techniques

By the end of their time with us, they should be suppliers, they should learn to pick up conversations with strangers, [and] they should themselves learn how to sell – talk about the merchandise they are selling, [and] try to understand how people make purchasing decisions.

Wrap Up Session

At the end of the course, the participants are asked to list what they’ve done and to write themselves an action plan, and are welcome back to a class in the weeks following to reflect again on the important lessons and ideas.
