Cancellation and Refund Policy: Should it become necessary for you to cancel your ticket / registration any request must be received in writing via email to ccfsa@ccfsa.com.au. A request for cancellation (and refund) will only be accepted 7 days prior to the event.

Dietary requirements will be catered upon request. A request must be submitted to the venue 7 days prior to the event.

With easy access and ample parking across two designated undercover car parks, getting to and from your event at Adelaide Convention Centre couldn’t be easier. Please note that both our North Terrace and Riverbank car parks are cashless and accept payment via credit or debit card only.

Adelaide Convention Centre is an accessible venue to all visitors. They offer lifts and escalators to all three levels, including entry from North Terrace and the Adelaide Riverbank Promenade. You can request assistance from our Floor Ambassadors, organised prior to your event.
