WHAT IS SPINAL ENERGETICS

Spinal Energetics created from an eastern and western philosophy is a gentle yet impactful technique that involves using touch or sometimes no touch to encourage a natural flow of energy in the body. release layers of tension, resistance, and stored emotions, leading to profound relaxation and a feeling of comfort.

By focusing on the physical body & energetic field, Spinal Energetics aims to reduce stress and tension on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, promoting overall well-being and harmony.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork not only oxygenates our bodies; it taps into our innermost selves, unlocking our potential, and paving the way for transformation, powerfully releasing emotion, energy and toxins, effectively restoring and rebalancing the body. This practice allows us to awaken our truth, potential and power from deep within. Your experience can be hugely powerful and awakening for mind, body, soul.

Through the power of breath, intention, active meditation & healing vibration of sound we will activate and release old patterns, energetic blockages and bring you home to an experience of wholeness within.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING ?

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care.

Sound vibrations have a very powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also helps with certain physical and mental health conditions, like a symphony of locks and keys where the sound unlocks energies clearing them from the body.

In this session the sound healing will allow you mind, body and soul to be swept away with sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, drums, didgeridoo, handpan and crystal singing bowls.

Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also be able to help with certain physical and mental health conditions.

If you have to cancel the event for any reason, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately not be refunded. All tickets refunded will inccur a fee from Eventbrite this will not be the same from ourselves as we understand life happens but please allow us time to replace your spot with someone else who can make it.

Tracey's journey started after she told her doctor she was going to sack him if he didn't take her seriously and her intuition was right and so began her healing journey.

Being of Maori decent and understanding her connection with the land and her tipuna (ancestors) her journey of self healing created space for her to understand her life journey.

The healing modalities Tracey uses in her every day practice has meaning for her and aligns with her and her people/You. Bringing Spinal Energetics to the table and to Brisbane along side Nancy and Steve who have created their own beautiful synergy is only the begining of her new chapter. I first experienced the power of breathwork during a retreat I attended 13 years ago. I was absolutely astounded how this powerful transformational technique was able to release so much negative emotional energy and bridged such a deep physical and spiritual connection just through breathing differently and consciously and now I teach this as a certified breathwork facilitator.

I am also a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, which has been an incredible modality added to the toolbelt of wholistic health.

I have an extreme passion for health and healing and was finally aligning myself with my purpose and want to share these beautiful modalities with the world and repay the gift of having a better life for which I am eternally grateful for. My deepest purpose and intention is “to help people find their true authentic selves, through easing their pain and burdens”. I look forward to guiding you through your healing experience together with Tracey and Steve.

Steve's passion for healing sound has grown exponentially, along with the amount of instruments he has obtained, not to mention how quickly he learnt to play them all. His sound healing kit includes the incredible grounding didgeridoo, gong, handpan, Indian flute, tongue drum, crystal sound bowls, drums and more. Steve will be bringing his magic talents to you live for you to fully immerse into during the Breathwork & Spinal Energetics session.
