Each class we will discuss themes of Japanese Usui Reiki followed by a meditation inspired by Shinto practices and conclude with Reiju.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Japanese Reiki practices, these classes are designed to inspire you on your Reiki journey.

Join me as we explore the rich traditions and transformative techniques of Reiki from a traditional Japanese perspective while connecting with like minded community.
