This event is organised by Darebin Interfaith Council in collaboration with Focolare Movement, and Victoria Police.

Join us for an inspiring event that highlights the journey of refugees finding freedom. This event will take place on Friday, Jun 21 2024 at 6 pm at Preston City Hall, 284 Gower Street, Preston, VIC 3072.

This year's Refugee Week theme is "Finding Freedom", with a focus on family. It captures the profound journey of resilience, strength and unity that defines the refugee experience. You will hear the stories of refugees who have overcome adversity and found their way to a new life. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for supporting refugees and learn about ways you can get involved in helping those in need. The event will showcase various community groups sharing their unique talents in dance and art.
