Powered by YACVIC’s HEY Grants, Rainbow Connection is a queer-led program that aims to foster social connectedness amongst LGBTIQA+ international students across all universities, vocational colleges and language schools in Melbourne.

Brace yourselves for a dazzling drag performance that will leave you speechless. And guess what? You can feast on delicious pizzas while dabbing away at your bingo cards. It's a night of non-stop fun, food, and fabulousness that you won't want to miss!

Alongside all the bingo essentials, we're also rolling out the red carpet for a pizza feast that will tantalize your taste buds. The event will be held on Level 6, Garden Building RMIT University, Bowen Street, Melbourne (just above StrEAT RMIT)


Is this event free?

This is a free event. However, registration is essential and highly recommended.

Can I bring my non-LGBTIQA friends?

This event is open for all queer, questioning as well as allies who are international students. If your friend is an ally who is accepting and supportive of the queer community, they are very welcome to join us.

Will I need to bring anything?
We will provide all the bingo supplies and catering. Just bring your wonderful personality!

Is this event suitable for under 18?

This event is youth-focused and suitable for international students under 18 as well as young adults.


This event is being held on Wurundjeri Country, and RMIT Training would like to pay our respects to elders, past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge the cultural practices and beliefs of community.
