Learn what it takes to manage product delivery in complex environments.
This virtual face-to-face 2-day course on Scrum.org's PSM I certification is by one of APAC's most experienced agile practitioners and certified Scrum.org trainer, Matthew Hodgson (PST).
Matt will help you to delve deep into a practical and pragmatic view of Scrum and agile. He'll help you look beyond the myths, anti-patterns that impair teams' ability to be truly agile needed by Scrum Masters to support agile product management delivery.
This course is designed so that you can readily apply industry leading Scrum practices when you return to the workplace.
The PSM I course by Zen Ex Machina is not death by PowerPoint by an instructor. It's made up of hand-picked exercises, and scenario-based learning, based upon real-life case studies.
People who attend this class and pass the exam will receive the PSM I certification from Scrum.org.
This is a small class only designed to optimise the interaction between the trainer and participants. Strictly limited spaces.
