This event is dedicated to facilitating access to employment services, promoting LGBTIQ+ and Rainbow Ready workplaces from our PRIDE in Employment Jobs Seminar and training (PRIDE in Employment Seminar recording here), and interactive activations and workshops that focus on breaking down barriers in the job market for our LGBTIQ+ communities.

Event Highlights:

  • Format and Information: Free, Expo (10am – 3pm) at the Victorian Pride Centre, bringing together various aspects of jobs services in Victoria. Engage with over a dozen stallholders represented by Rainbow Ready Job Advocates and Employment Services. Meet employers and find out about their job pathways.
  • Workshops and Activations: Engage in fun and informative workshops throughout the day addressing workplace barriers, discrimination, and strategies for being successful in your job search – a full program will be released in mid-May 2024.
