Plan Partners X Care Squared Netwalking Event – Sydney

Come for a stroll with support coordinators & service providers from your local area, get some fresh air and finish with a coffee and a chat about all things NDIS!

About this event

At Plan Partners we don’t just we don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk!

This is a special invitation for you to join us at our next netwalking event, meeting at Sydney Park Playground (Near 2-6 Princes Hwy Parking). We’ll go for a pleasant stroll and finish up at Sydney Park Kiosk for a well-deserved cuppa and a chat.

Joining on us on our walk will be Care Squared

Care Squared provide personalised, high quality, fully accredited health expertise and services to help participants achieve their NDIS goals. They aim to alleviate stress and confusion by providing people with a range of personalised, mobile and fully accredited allied health services, all in the one place.

Parking and access

Parking nearby the Sydney Park Playground can be found at 2-6 Princes Hwy Parking.

Parking is also available at Parking lot 400 Sydney Park Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 (near the Skate Park) or along Barwon Park Rd.

What to bring

Attendees please bring: Water Bottle, Sunscreen, & appropriate walking shoes. Please feel free to bring a +1 (participant) to the event, please just let us know in your ticket confirmation.

This will be an opportunity for you to meet new people and network with professionals in your industry. Come and enjoy some low-impact exercise and a chat over coffee, while learning about all things NDIS and how plan partners can support you, your participants, and your business.
