Topics covered in this course

Aspects of Phone Etiquette

Participants will learn the deep intricacies of phone language which enables them to communicate both effectively and clearly in the given situations.

Using Proper Phone Language

This session is intended to enable him to adjust to the flow of the phonology and learn to do it quickly and on the spot.

Eliminate Phone Distractions

For us to deliver a professional performance, it is important to help us identify potential distractions that can impede our participation and then address and remove those obstacles so that we can improve our chances of achieving our goals.

Inbound Calls

This section provides instructions for phone operators on how the actual calls with the members of the first world would look like, and how they should be handled despite various difficulties. Use greetings and key phrases.

Outbound Calls

Having received their tips in this session, participants will be able to make the calls with confidence. Now, all they have to do is dial the numbers – this conditioning will make it a piece of cake for them!

Handling Rude or Angry Callers

Telephone operators have to deal with customers who are sometimes rude and aggresive most of the time. This lesson contains some advises and some useful tips when in a conversation on the phone. These can be applied to any situation.

Handling Voicemail Messages

Participants will learn how to retrieve and send out voicemail messages. This both ensures that important information continues to flow and also allows the creation of professional relationships.

Methods of Training Employees

In this session the topic will be: 'How to leverage your employees and give them the ability to transcend.' If business adopt these strategies they will give their workforce a competitive advantage in the industry.

Correcting Poor Telephone Etiquette

When productivity decreases, participants will learn how to identify and solve issues that can affect their team. Participants will leave with the tools and knowledge of how to be most successful!
