Course Overview

We want to facilitate the workshop as a networking and exchange space for participants, and support their attendees to structure their personal learning goals in accordance with the session learning objectives.

Topics covered in this course

• The Core Interpersonal Skill
• This session will enable individuals to improve their communication skills.
• Participants will be better able to overcome obstacles, learn how to pick up on subtle non verbal cues and recognise different speaking styles.
• Being able to actively listen is the basis for communication between two people!

Building Winning Working Relationships

You will leave this session with techniques to build trust; to reduce bullying and create more productive conversation; and practical ways to deploy in any environment to avoid conflict of interest and create clear communications.

Understanding Groups and Team Dynamics

Their journey will take them through three elements of what makes teams successful and what makes performing groups different from regular work groups – and walk you through the three generations of teams.

They’ll learn how to interact with different team styles and turn individual talents at all phases of team development.

Teamwork and Collaboration

In this session participants will learn: how to give feedback in a way that supports growth and enables stronger conflict resolution that helps pinpoint what is causing conflict; and how teams operate.

Look at personality-based approaches to communication – adapt your approach to communicate with co-workers.

Increasing Personal Productivity

The participants will learn the secrets to unlock their potential and experience empowerment.
