NO SHOE POLICY

Oscar II has a strict no shoe policy on board, single use slippers can be provided.

BOARDING POLICY

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the boarding time. The vessel will be leaving at 6pm sharp regardless of ticket holders who are not yet in attendance. The charter runs for 2 hours.

All guests must carefully check their booking confirmation to ensure that the date, time, number of guests, and any guest allergies are made known at the time of booking.

Refunds are only permitted with 14 days notice in writing to info@oscar2.com.au. Refunds will not be issued within 14 days of the cruise date. Please note refunds can take up to 21 days to process.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

· Dietary requirements can be catered for with notice at the time of booking. Please email info@oscar2.com.au upon booking. Dietary requirements made known upon boarding will be politely declined.

· BYO is not permitted for food or beverage and will be discarded upon boarding. Additional beverages can be purchased upon consumption via eftpos transactions only- cash is not permitted.

Other Key Information

· Children must be under the control of a responsible adult. That adult is responsible for the conduct and personal safety of the children while on board the yacht. Children are strongly encouraged to wear a lifejacket for the duration of the charter. Anyone without valid proof of ID will not be permitted to board, unless they are with a responsible parent or guardian. Anyone under 18 will require a valid ticket to board, infants included.

· The Captain of the charter reserves the right at their own discretion to alter the agreed course because of weather, traffic or any other cause which they believe is justified in the concerns of the safety of passengers, crew and the vessel.

· Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without notice.

· Beverage service begins at the scheduled start of the charter and concludes 15 minutes before the charter ends.

· Please note Sydney Harbour has strict marine pollution regulations. No items are to be thrown into the harbour while on board. Smoking is only permitted in designated zones while at anchor and any cigarette butts, glassware, or bottles thrown overboard will be reported to the relevant authorities. You are responsible for any guests who book under your name.

· Sydney Motor Yacht Charters practices the responsible service of alcohol, and therefore will refuse service to any intoxicated patrons. Offenders with excessive consumption of liquor may be prosecuted for dangerous, rowdy, unruly behaviour as it is against the law.

· Limit of Liability: It is a condition of the charter that the liability of the Operator, its servants, agents and sub-contractors is agreed to be limited in accordance with the Limitation of Liabilities and Maritime Claims Act 1989 (Cth)
