Open Studio sessions

Are you looking for extra studio time or looking for like-minded people who love to make art?

We are opening our beautifully lit studios to artists and makers of all levels, who want to paint, draw, sculpt, or weave alongside others in a welcoming and relaxed untutored studio environment. Open Studios is only available for adults. All abilities welcome.

Studio is open from 4pm to 6pm every Wednesday.

What you will get

  • Access to a purpose-built art studio, easels and boards.
  • Tea and coffee facilities 
  • A welcoming and social arty space

What to bring

  • Your own art materials and reference material
  • Your own art smock or apron and old cloths.

Parking information

On street parking is available along Avoca St but there is a limit of 2 hours until 6pm. There is all-day parking further down the street and in the surrounding streets. 

Important information

Open Studios is suitable for persons 18 years or older. Our facility is wheelchair friendly, if you have any access concerns please let us know. We politely ask that you clean your area prior to leaving the studio and do not use any art resources belonging to Bayley Arts. We cannot guarantee the safe return of any artwork or art materials left behind at the premises.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you are no longer able to attend the session you can request a transfer to another session.
