About this event

At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened (for ages 0 - 8).

Learning Objectives of the Program:

• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs

• Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions

• Enhance the development of your child's self-esteem

• Honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

This online (Zoom) group will be facilitated by Dannielle Kurr (clinical psychologist), who completed her COS-P training in 2015 and has worked in the perinatal period for 10 years and has facilitated groups in both public mental health and private practice settings. She has been a board member of the Australian Association of Infant Mental Health since 2022 and is currently undertaking accreditation in Schema Therapy, which looks at how unmet needs from childhood influence the patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. as has been a board member of the Australian Association of Infant Mental Health since 2022.

The group format provides an affordable way of gaining the wisdom from Circle of Security as the investment is only $450 ($56.25 per session). Ticket price includes booking fee, please contact Dannielle directly to save $27.

Each session builds upon the previous so it is highly encouraged that you are able to attend each session.
