Welcome to "Nourish Your Soul" - an uplifting and transformative workshop designed to replenish your mind, body and spirit.

Join Kerri and Tanja on a journey of self-discovery and inner nourishment as we explore the potent combination of Yin Yoga, Cacao, Spirit Breathwork and Mediation. In this immersive experience, you'll delve into practices that promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual connection.

Get ready to replenish your soul and emerge rejuvenated, inspired, and ready to embrace life's journey with renewed vitality.

Tanja will intuitively guide you through your breathwork journey with a variety of instruments and energy healing, utlising the potent magic of Cacao to promote emotional openness and connection to the heart. There will be a small break in silence, to allow journalling and reflection of the breathwork. Kerri will follow this with Yin Yoga, allowing you to bring more mindfulness and connection to your body, integrating your breathwork eperience with the added benefit of bringing a deeper connection to the connective tissues, improving joint health and balancing the eneergy flow in your body.


By combining breathwork, cacao, meditation and yin yoga, this workshop offers a holistic approach to healing and self discovery, nurturing the mind, body and spirit.


Before the event:

If possible please refrain from caffiene and/or alcohol on the day.

Whats provided:

A light snack of fruit, nuts, nibbles and tea will be provided during the break (Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements)

What to bring:

Where comfy clothes and bring a pillow if you need. There are mats and bolsters provided but if you have your own you want to bring please do so.

Meet Kerri, a seasoned fitness enthusiast with a passion for exploring the intricacies of the human body. With years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in both group fitness and personal training, she has always strived for balance in her approach. Her journey led her to the transformative practice of yin yoga and spirit breathwork where she found solace in bringing harmony to both body and mind. Transitioning from her roles as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she now devotes her energy to promoting balance through yin yoga and breathwork.
