About this event

  • 1 hour

National Palliative Care Week 2024 allows Australians to connect with the ‘people at the heart of quality palliative care’ – the doctors, nurses, social workers, volunteers, and many others, so they get a deeper understanding of what palliative care is.

This week, we are delving into the diverse components of palliative care services in the ACT, exploring the breadth and depth of support available to individuals facing serious illnesses and their families. Each of these arms plays a crucial role in providing holistic care tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our patients.
