About this event

Get your day off to a great start with our free tai chi classes in our new community space at 180 George Street.

An experienced teacher will guide you through different styles of tai chi including Chuan, relaxation, Taolu, Shibashi and Sheng Zhen meditation. 

This gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance for both mind and body. 

Bookings are essential for these small group classes of up to 25 people. Bookings are available 2 weeks before each class.
