More Than Compliance: What Quality Behaviour Support Looks Like [Part 3]

Overview

Part 3 of the series: Defining behaviour support beyond NDIS compliance, outlining provider expectations and minimum practice requirements.

Compliance doesn’t automatically equal quality. Behaviour Support can meet NDIS regulatory requirements and still fall short of delivering meaningful, safe, and ethical outcomes for participants - particularly when regulated restrictive practices are involved.

Hireup and Kameleon Group are proud to present Part 3 of a three-part webinar series, navigating Behaviour Support in a compliance-driven landscape. This session highlights key indicators of good practice, common red flags, and clearly outlines minimum expectations of Specialist Behaviour Support providers and NDIS registered implementing providers.

What we'll cover in Part 3:

  • What behaviour support looks like beyond compliance
  • Indicators of ethical and person-centred practice
  • Expectations of Specialist Behaviour Support providers
  • Responsibilities of NDIS registered implementing providers
  • Requirements of support workers implementing restrictive practices

Following Part 1 and Part 2, this session brings the series together by clarifying how to recognise quality Behaviour Support, from plan to practice.
