Hey Mums! Its time to take a much deserved break and come hang out with other mums while learning something new and capturing moments. Bring along your other mum friends or even your own mum and join in the morning activities. You will get to create your signature own bath salt (all supplies supplied), chat with other mums and then have your photo taken with the hired photographer. We as mums are often not in photos as we are busy taking all the photos. Our aim is that you will take a moment to capture yourself as a mother and also celebrate the village of other mums around you that uplift you through this journey. Photos not your thing? do not fear, there is no pressure to have your photos taken during this event.
Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable, whether that be your trusty leggings and jumper or a beautiful dress or something inbetween.
We would love for you to take a well deserved break and leave the children with some you trust for the morning but also understand that this is not feasible for everyone. So if you would like to come and cant find someone to look after your children, then we would still love for you to come. Unfortunately there wont be an oppotunity to take photos with your child/children with the photographer.
There will also be some incredible giveaways that you wont want to miss!
The Mums At The Table team (From Sydney) have chosen to feature our Mildura group this year and will be doing some filming of the moderators for the Mildura Mums at the table group, events that we run and some rearranged participants. Mums At The Table is not-for-profit and donor funded and this footage will be used to share what Mums At The Table does and how they support mums in local communities all around Australia & New Zealand. The main focus will be on how the group has supported us all in our parenting/motherhood journey so far.
No one has to be in the video if you don't want. The mums who are being filmed have already agreed to this beforehand. Please don't let this stop you from coming along. You don't have to be in it if you don’t want to, absolutely no problem at all! Just thought I'd let you know in advance. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out in advance.
