Join us for a rejuvenating Sunday morning at The House of Kind. Experience our Meridian Flow, 9D Breathwork journey and acupuncture session.
This unique and nurturing event will leave you feeling relaxed and revilatised.
A truly immersive self care session which is sure to leave you feeling the benefits of these practices long after you leave the session.
We start our amazing event with Dr. Alana Green leading you through a Meridian Flow. If you are wondering what exactly a Meridian Flow involves, think Yin Yoga with an emphasis on Chinese Medicine teachings.
Once you have been led through your Meridian Flow practice, you will be led thorugh an immersive and unique 9D Breathwork Journey with the wonderful Mel from Conscious Breath Co.
During the final stages of your 9D Breathwork Journey, Dr. Alana Green will come around the room and complete the acupuncture practice during your meditation.
Both of these practices, Meridian Flow and 9D Breathwork, will assist you in feeling grounded, centered, and deeply connected to yourself.
Equipment, nibbles, tea, goodie bags, and good vibes are provided.
All we require is you to wear active wear/comfy clothes and bring a drink bottle!

Not only is she a luminary in her field, Alana also brings her dedication to excellence from her passion as an elite athlete in Pole Vault, showcasing her commitment to diverse pursuits beyond the realm of holistic health.
With years of experience in orchestrating health retreats and captivating audiences as a keynote speaker, Alana embodies a multifaceted approach to wellness that promises to elevate your experience.
MEET MISS MEL from CONSCIOUS BREATH CO.
Mel is a dedicated breathwork coach and the founder of Conscious Breath Co. Mel specialises in providing Transformational Breathwork sessions and is a verified 9D Breathwork facilitator.
With 10 years of experience in the corporate world, followed by 5 years spent working as a full-time emergency service worker, Mel has a deep understanding of the critical need to manage stress and anxiety to prevent burnout and overwhelm.
It has been on her own healing journey and anchoring into the transformative power of breathwork that has led Mel to do the work she does now. Mel is here to support you in releasing stored stress, anxiety and stagnant emotions, to elevate your current state of being, by using the power of your breath.
Frequently asked questions
9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, different vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and any traumas to help rewire your brain. This transformative journey is the stepping stone to ongoing growth and healing.
- Ensure you don’t eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before the session - Avoid caffeine 2-3 hours before the session - Dress warm and comfortable
Unfortunately, breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. If you suffer from any of the following, we recommend that you speak with your Medical Practitioner before participating in this form of Somatic Release Breathwork.
All you need to bring with you is a drink bottle. We will provide the rest!
