In Australia, 1 in 5 individuals grapple with mental illness within a year, a figure that increases to nearly 1 in 2 over their lifetime. Within the workplace, it becomes imperative for managers and leaders to effectively recognise these challenges and extend relevant support and resources to their employees and colleagues.

Mental Health First Aid for the Workplace is a Blended course. Part 1 is an eLearning component and Part 2 is the 4hr face-to-face on Friday 10th May 2024 (0900-1300).
