About this event

Take a slow conscious breath and imagine this....

You are wrapped in a warm blanket, safe, secure and supported by a gentle voice. You breathe in, you breathe out. Surrounded by candles and more fairy lights than you've ever seen, you gaze up at the galaxy of stars projected above. It's just a little bit magical.

Feeling toasty and like there is nowhere else you'd rather be, you let go a little more. 60 minutes of meditation, a combination of mindfulness, self-inquiry, relaxation and a glimpse of your future self. You come to the end of the class, your body is completely relaxed and your soul is happy.

You find yourself marvelling at the simplest of pleasures like the gift of time just to 'be'. You notice the scent of vanilla candles as gratitude runs through your veins and you feel yourself again, whole and worthy of this experience.


Open to all meditation levels, beginners to advanced. No previous experience required. No tickets sold at the event.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat if you have one or a blanket to lay on
  • Warm clothing (socks a good idea)
  • Cushion for extra comfort
  • Water if you wish

Dee Brennan is Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach. Dee enjoy's creating a space for you to get away from the stress and chaos in life so you can fill yourself back up. She can turn meditation from boring to something exciting to look forward.
