About this event

Join Tara Barchalk and Tullia Miteff for a monthly breath and cold therapy meet up!

This special event has been something we have dreamed up for quite some time after experiencing our own ice plunges and transformations through movement and breathwork. Our intentions are to gift everyone who wants to join us, the powerful experience of ice and cold exposure therapy, breath work, and accessible movement through collective community. Our main goal is to bring people together for a unique experience that has been proven to have the potential for many incredible health and wellness benefits.

What to expect:

Tara and Tullia will take you on a journey which explores a unique breath-work practice and cold therapy. This unique monthly event will ask you to trust your deep and innate resilience, and that through the power of will and faith you can do anything you put your mind to.

Through our guidance you will explore:

  • Guided breath-work
  • & meditation
  • Plus cold therapy by plunging into an ice bath with a community of like minded people
  • Afterwards we will connect, share experiences, and celebrate
  • This event is also sponsored by Kind Brew Coffee where 1x small cup of coffee/chai/hot chocolate can be enjoyed at the Macauley’s Kind Brew Coffee Cart.
