Managing Psychological Risks and Hazards

With the changes in the Victorian OHS legislation, management of psychosocial risks and hazards is a necessity for all organisations.

In this session, we will explore the systems of identifying psychosocial hazards within a workplace by covering various data collection and interpretation modalities. Then we will discuss ways in which an organisation can develop and implement an effective strategy to address these hazards and move towards creating a mentally healthy workplace.
