The Glenroy Hub Makerspace is a creative space where you can come alone or with friends to create, connect and learn.

- Janome DC250 sewing machine
- Janome 644D overlocker
- Iron & ironing board
Cricut makers - Cricut Makers
- Fine point blade (paper& vinyl)
- Rotary blade (fabric)
- Cutting mats: light, standard and strong grip, fabric mat
- Weeding tools and scraper
(You will need to bring your own device with Bluetooth or USB connection and with Cricut Design Space installed, as well as any consumables such as vinyl, transfer tape and card stock)
When can I use the space?
You can drop-in to the Makerspace during the following hours:
Monday 9 am – 1 pm
Tuesday 3 pm – 7:45 pm
Wednesday 3 pm – 7:45 pm
Thursday 9 am – 1 pm
Friday 9 am – 1 pm
Saturday 12 pm – 3:45 pm
Who can use the space?
The space is designed to be used self-sufficiently.
All users of the Makerspace need to complete an induction with library staff, be a library member and be aged 15 or over.
Library staff will not be able to teach you how to use equipment, the induction covers safety aspects only.
