“Love our Cumberland” Volunteer Bus Tour

If you're interested in learning more about your local community and discovering volunteer opportunities, we invite you to join our bus tour! We'll visit various locations including Merrylands Customer Service, Merrylands Library, Guildford Community Centre, Auburn Centre for Community, Auburn Botanic Garden, and Granville Centre. Plus, we'll enjoy a delicious light lunch at Auburn Botanic Garden! At each stop, you'll gather information about Council programs and have the chance to ask questions to Council staff.

Please gather with your bus tour team at the Council Chamber by 9:15 am. The Volunteer Development Officer will guide you throughout the tour. You'll be returned to the Council Chamber by 4 pm.

National Volunteer Week (NVW) is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteering and will be held on 20 – 26 May 2024. This year, Cumberland City Council will organize two "Love Our Cumberland" Bus Trips, catering to volunteers and those interested in volunteering opportunities.
