Event Details

Have you ever wondered about the artistic process of professional artists? Or have you dreamed of talking to an artist and asking about their inspiration, colour palette, process and more?

Well then, this is the session for you! Join us this school holidays for a truly unique experience - a live painting session by our professional artist, Tabatha Davison, presented by Curate and Yiri Art!

Talk with Tabatha as she paints her latest piece, or simply watch as she goes about the process. It is amazing to behold - and gives you a glimpse into the life of a nationally-acclaimed First Nations artist.

Your RSVP

To assist us with the organisation of this live painting session, please RSVP your attendance to the event.

If you are unable to attend for some reason, please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible so that those on the waitlist can be contacted with plenty of notice.

Location

The new Curate Headquarters is located at 63 Grantham Street, Wembley.

It is located at the corner of Grantham Street and Marlow Street (across the street from the Grantham Street Veterinary Clinic).

The Curate Headquarters is the white shopfront on the corner of Grantham Street and Marlow Street.

The venue is accessible; however, it does not feature accessible toilets nor baby changing facilities.

If you possess questions, please contact us at patricia@curate.org.au or at 0434 351 142.

Parking

There are several parking options for the 63 Grantham Street Curate Headquarters.

There is a carpark located just before 53 Grantham Street, that serves the row of shopfronts in which we are located (there is a photo lab, hair stylist, etc. all in the same row of shops).

Street parking is also available in front of 63 Grantham; however, it does act as a clearway at times, so please check the parking signs first before parking there to avoid being ticketed.

Street parking is available on Marlow Street, too. Please be mindful of the parking signs.

And, finally, there is a Town of Cambridge - Grantham Street Car Park located behind MUMMUC and Monsterella Pizza (access points include Griffiths Lane and Jersey Street).

Fine Print

Please note that photographs and videos may be taken of the event for promotional purposes only (including social media).

In accordance with hygiene requirements, hand sanitizing stations and cleaning products will be available for use, too, in order to help ensure the safety of staff, artists and guests.

If required, COVID restrictions and/or adjustments may be made, in accordance with current health requirements.
