Life Launchpad are running 10 free workshops which aim to support people with mental health concerns.
Come along for a cuppa and chat with people who know how it feels to live with mental health challenges. Build knowledge, skills and confidence, and find out more about yourself.
Designed and run by people with lived experience. No need for a diagnosis or a lived experience, or to identify as having mental health challenges to attend - workshops are open to all.
No need to book or obligation to attend all 10 workshops - just come along when you can.
