The 'LGBTIQA+ Understanding and Awareness' training is designed for Care finders to increase their understanding of language and terminology relevant to working with LGBTIQA+ communities and issues facing LGBTIQA+ people in accessing services and support.

Catalyst Foundation can support you, as a care finder, with identifying, understanding and developing steps towards providing LGBTIQA+ inclusive practice and building inclusivity into your organisation's procedures and service delivery. The training is delivered by facilitators with extensive LGBTIQA+ experience in training and community development.

As care finders, you will reflect on your workplace and begin planning to start the conversation about LGBTIQA+ inclusive practice in your daily work.
