About this event

An hour long session lead by certified Japanese tea instructor leader - Harumi Oshitani.

A wonderful opportunity to learn the history of Japanese Tea, an intriging story from field to table.

This workshop will guide you on the different flavour profiles of types of Japanese Tea as well as a variety of brewing techniques which can assist to serve the flavour. You will also learn a suggested process to food pairing with the tea.

A unique experience of Japanese culture within the heart of Melbourne.
