Perfect for senior secondary students, the CISCO IT Essentials program teaches students to apply skills and procedures to install, configure and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, and different Operating Systems. Using virtual simulation tools students complete hands-on labs to hone their troubleshooting skills and immediately practice what they learn.

Classes commence from May 13 and are delivered in a blended online format. This means that course content is instructor-led and available online.
There are no prerequisites required for the course, this course is designed as a fundamental introduction to Information Technology. An understanding of digital literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite is recommended.
Yes, any form of assessment for the course will be completed in class and at the end of the program there will be a final face to face assessment on campus.
It is a requirement of that course that you have your own personal computer with a minimum i5 Processor and 8gb ram.
Software used in this class will be provided, and instruction on how to access and download required software will be outlined during orientation.
Range of videos, podcasts and online readings are used throughout your course. We aim to deliver all of our courses incorporating cutting edge technologies. If you have not used one of these formats and need assistance, please reach out to your trainer.
