In this classes, you'll learn a variety of popular stitches and complete a charming floral embroidery within 3-4 hours

Your tutor, hand embroidery artist Tracy Kelly, will guide you every step of the way.

With a background in jewellery design and many years' experience as a tutor, Tracy is well know for her patience and attention to detail, and fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

What You'll Learn:

  • A variety of popular hand emrboidery stitches that you can use in future projects
  • Embroidery hoop and thread preparation
  • Project finishing techniques

What's Included (yours to keep):

  • Embroidery hoop that can be used for future stitching or to display your embroidery
  • Fabric, needle and threads to complete the project
  • Printed pattern and stitch guide

Everything you need to complete your hand embroidery project is provided in the course.

Use your embroidery to add to a sewing project, or hang straight on your wall in its hoop to show off and admire.

What to Bring:

  • Glasses (if you need them). We will be doing fine work and you'll need to see it.
  • A small pair of fine tipped scissors - if you have them. If not, there will be scissors avilable to share in class.
  • Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen (including fridge and microwave) and bathroom, and is air-conditioned for your comfort.
