About Jane

Creativity and art making have been central to Jane's working life, which has ranged from horticulture and hospitality, to art teacher and art therapist. Jane graduated in August 2018 from the Ikon Institute Australia with an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Art therapy. Her job as an art therapist is to create a safe space within which to witness the client in a supported art making process. Art making, can be used for healing, communication, relaxation, having fun, finding flow and telling stories. Jane values the space in which we can be heard and not judged, to remain curious and open, to feel safe, as the art making unfolds.
