In INNER MIRROR, you will experience the infusion of Afro-Brazilian dance. It's a transformative experience weaving together ancestral rhythms, grounding drumming, and expressive dances. Through movement, smoke, and soulful gestures, it nurtures both body and spirit, connecting participants to cultural heritage and inner vitality.
Get prepared for over five weeks, to dive into the vibrant world of Afro-Brazilian dance rhythms reflecting back to you like a mirror.
Led by the Dancing Rose, these classes are crafted just for women, inviting you to connect with your inner rhythm and strength.
Each week will lead to body freedom and playfulness, gradually breaking down the body’s rigidity in a safe and secure gathering.
