Join us for a 2 hour heart opening experience which will blend the beauty of Breathwork and the sacred medicine of Ceremonial Grade Cacao.There will be sound healing meditation alongside conscious connected breathwork to deepen your connection with your body, and unlock your inner divine feminine.
Starting the session with a cacao ceremony from Zea Collective, we will really be dropping into our heart space to enhance the breathwork that will follow.

You'll then be guided through a meditation & sound healing journey before we drop into a conscious connected breathwork session. The intention for this event is to really connect back in to your heart and tap in to more self-love.
