WHAT WILL BE COVERED

This will be a closed group of max 12 people who would like to further explore the possibilities of this practise in their lives. This course also begins to cover skills and confidence building to lead others, manage groups, and publicly speak from authenticity. We will cover:

• The 5 practises of Authentic Relating in more detail and depth with a focus on embodying these in our daily lives.
• Expert listening skills for deeper attunement including non-verbal communication.
• Moving to your edge in authentically showing up in your relationships.
• Building confidence to lead others and groups from authenticity.
• Exploring your shadows and unconscious patterning.
• Nervous system training.
• More fulling owning your power, dignity, and what you have to offer.
• Creating the type of relationships you desire with people already in your life.
• Presence: cultivating staying with self even in more challenging relational situations.

The focus of this course will be on the embodiment of this practise. The more we relate in this way, the more automatic it becomes, and the more we can live in integrity. The more we can live this practise, the more we encourage the health of our relationships to flourish as well as the wellbeing of the people within them.

DATES

Tuesday July 30th (18:30 – 21:30) for 6 consecutive weeks.

Session 5 will be online and you will be invited to bring someone who you are in relationship with (friend, parent, partner) to complete an exercise with. More details will be given in the first session.
