● The science of why the brain prioritises the negative

● How to use neuroplasticity to rewire your brain to get more enjoyment out of life (no

crystals or positive affirmations required)

Andrea Featherstone is an unconventional mental health facilitator and former mindfulness

sceptic with over a decade of experience facilitating engaging, laugh-filled workshops for

high-achieving perfectionists, indecisive people, and sceptics.


Andrea trained with Professor Craig Hassed (OAM), Eckhart Tolle, and Dr Daniel Siegel, and

has facilitated workshops across Australia and the UK, at organisations like Victoria Police,

Deloitte, and BMW.
