Welcome to the Hope and Optimism conversation!

Our world seems to be moving into greater chaos. Everywhere of course, but also here. These are confusing times. Clarity is blurred. Security is threatened. Authorities are questionable. Freedom is under siege. Integrity scarce.

For so very many, it feels as if Life is out of control…out of our hands. It as if it is happening ‘to us’. Feeling powerless is dangerous for human beings. If we give up, we check out - physically or emotionally or morally.

We know that hope is key, it stops us falling in a heap and staying there. Optimism softens the fall and lets us look up and toward the horizon. It bestows a sense that it can all be okay, that the future will recover and be brighter. It moves us forward. It gives us encouragement to ‘have another go’. Join us in a conversation on hope and optimism ~ the inner power tools for challenging times.
