About this Event
We will do some yoga, meditation, Vedic chanting and walking on the land and on the bush labyrinth. This day is designed offering mixture of tools to gently rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
Please bring:
shoes with which you can walk in the bush
a notebook for journal, thoughts, general notes
vegetarian lunch to share
an open heart
