About this event

  • 2 hours

Community challenges require community solutions, and these community solutions emerge when we are in conversation with one another. The challenge is often just having the time, place, and support for it to happen – until now.

Kosta Lucas and Angel Chen from Counterbrace by DrawHistory will be hosting and facilitating the final event in the Hillview Community Dialogue Series, on Wednesday, 29 May 2024.

To mark the occassion, we will be holding the space for to come together one last time to explore the following topic:

"What do we need to keep the important conversations going in our community?"

While the series ends, the conversation doesn't have to. And after an incredible year of deep learning, courageous story-telling and a renewed understanding of the power of community conversations, this last session will both serve as a look back on the main learnings of the past year, and a look forward to identify what we need, as a community, to keep these conversations going.

Stay tuned for more formal details regarding the event logistics, but please rest assured that we will endeavour to take the greatest care possible to ensure the event is carried out in a sensitive, inspiring, and obviously, genuinely collaborative way.

We hope you come and join the conversation that all are welcome to join. Bring an empty mind and a full heart. Challenge and be challenged. Build a shared language with other members of this shared social project we call life in a safe, welcoming, and energising space.

Registration is necessary as places are limited. Drinks and refreshments provided.
