A signature breathwork experience with Cathy, designed to reset your nervous system and create meaningful connection with yourself, others and the land.

Each component will ease you out of your racing mind and into your body....

• Grounding nature experience Enjoy the view of 60 acres of bushland barefoot on the ground. Spend a moment watching the kangaroos, trees or the birds. Connecting in with nature and remembering it's medicine.

• Conscious connection An activity to feel connected to others and part of community.
• 30 min guided breathwork infused with Reiki and healing instruments. Be taken on a journey activating your parasympathetic nervous system, releasing stress and tension.

• Sound bath. Flow seamlessly from the breath practice straight into singing bowls. Melting you even more and bringing you to a state of bliss

Each session will be unique. Exploring a different breathing technique, activity and playlist.

You’ll leave with a calmer mind, a stronger sense of self, and a deep exhale.
