Welcome to Healthy Habits, a ten-week long supportive group program to help individuals reach their health and wellbeing goals and self-manage chronic health conditions
What does this look like?
As a part of this program, you will have access to:
- Weekly sessions for 10 weeks facilitated by experienced allied health professionals
- 45 minutes of educational workshops on a variety of topics to help you live a healthier lifestyle followed by 45 minutes of low impact physical activity
Who is this program for?
This program is for individuals managing chronic illness or other health conditions who are looking to form healthy habits, learn about some basics of nutrition, exercise, and improve their quality of life.
How much does it cost?
Participation in this 10-week program is free for Kwinana residents.
What do you need to do?
Your commitment will involve:
- Complete forms before and after program
- Attend appointment with allied health professional before starting the program
- Attend all 10 sessions (or as many as possible)
- Apply what you learn for a healthier life
- Enjoy yourself and make some friends!
Health Habits is brought to you by Healthy Lifestyles in Kwinana and 360 Health and Community. The program commenced on 2 May, every Thursday (for 10 weeks),1pm-3pm at the Kwinana Recquatic.
