Frequently asked questions

What can you bring to campus Part 1?

The space on campus will be shared between Industry Partners. We will provide table and chairs. Pull up banner of a standard size: 850mm W x 2000mm H. Laptop - please ensure your device is fully charged. As a University Campus We Cannot guarantee power close to location.

What can you bring to campus Part 2?

Promotional Materials. You are welcome to bring along any handouts on the day, examples include leaflets, flyers, product samples etc. If there is any particular item you would like to bring to give attendees the opportunity to look at a product or company experience, please reach out to us.

How many from my company can attend?

Due to spacing limitations we ask that there is a maximin of 3 per company.

The company I work for has representatives in more than one state, can they attend other locations?

Absolutely, we would love to see your company represented in each state. Please ensure your team members in each state are registered so we can ensure we have the area set up for them.

Will Lunch Be Served?

There will be a light selection of snacks and beverages for our Industry Partners available.
