This workshop is an investigation into optimal breathing, gentle movement and the healing power of sound. You will learn about the importance of optimal breathing and how this effects your health. With gentle movement we will open the chest, release tension in the neck and shoulders, which in turn will facilitate better breathing. Then sit and relax deeply to the sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls and a guided relaxation. These powerful bowls will create a deep sense of wellbeing, relaxation and rest. This unique experience facilitates better communication, community and team cohesion, stress release and a relaxed and stable nervous system for the individual.

The session will be led by Eli Haski, the Director of Canberra Yoga Space. Eli has been teaching yoga to our students and staff at UNSW Canberra for over 10 years.
