You can test all 3 lifts if you wish or just pick one or two. Whatever you choose you will be garaunteed to have a fun day with the support of the team. Bring your friends and family to watch, the more people who come to watch the more money we can raise!

Relaxed powerlifting rules -
Squats must be to depth (hip crease below knee)
Bar must pause on chest for bench, heels can be up
Straps can be used for deadlifts

9am - Arrival + debrief
9.15am- Squat warm up
9.45am Squats
10.45am Bench
11.45am Deadlifts
1pm - Optional lunch at 300 grams (burgers) across the road
