The Kindred Soul is here to offer you a safe and gentle space for women to fully express themselves, to hold and be held, to see and be seen, to listen and be heard.
Join us for a monthly women's circle where we come together to connect, share, and support each other. This event is open to all women who are looking for a safe and nurturing space to explore their inner selves and connect with other likeminded women.
We are based of the principles of sisterhood, community and love. we will explore different themes and topics each month and engage in activities that promote self-awareness, healing and growth.

OUR EVENING WILL INCLUDE:
* An opening introduction and sharing circle, a new theme is explored every month. Every woman can feel safe to share or simply be here to listen.
* A gentle guided breathwork/meditation
* A different activity each time to help us deepen our connection with ourselves and others, through compassion, acceptance and love.
* Oracle card reading
* Drumming/Chanting guided meditation journey
* Tea and light refreshments over conversations, creating new friendships.
