About this event

Enjoy a gentle low-impact workout every Wednesday and Friday from 11:00am at the Club.

The exercise class caters to Seniors and new mums with their precious bubs, where you can exercise safely in a fun group environment.

Led by the dynamic Christy Simitzis from Fuel Personal Transformations, these sessions work every part of the body and focus on mobility, balance, strength and core power.

The exercise program allows for all levels of physical strength and mobility, and options are offered to beginners and all care is taken into consideration for existing injuries, illness or conditions.

The exercise workout lasts for 45 minutes in total and is run twice a week, on an ongoing basis, to encourage physical fitness, positive mental health, and social connection amongst your peers.

Bring along an exercise mat, a bottle of water, a towel. Ensure to wear comfortable clothing and runners.

PARKING

We are delighted to welcome our guests to park their vehicles in our underground carpark. The entrance is located via 73 Norton Street. You can easily enter the club from the carpark using the lift. Alternatively, there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding area with access to the club via the front entrance on 182 Liverpool Road.


CHECK-IN

Ensure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the activity to be able to check-in at reception. Members can easily scan their members card, and guests can either scan their drivers license or become an associate member for $2. Allow 5 minutes to become a member.
